Kolo is a democratic jukebox application designed for use over a network. One set of PC speakers, one PC running IE with windows media player and a servlet engine required. Any listener can request tracks and vote against the current play. Listeners use a web browser for all UI.

Why is it called Kolo?
The dictionary says :
kolo ko'lo, n a Serbian folk-dance or dance-tune: - pl ko'los. [Serbo-Croatian, wheel].
I hope that clears it up.

Democracy - Easy in theory. And practice.
